Matt Rosensteele, who previously headed sales for Tierra Pacifica and now works with Coldwell Banker Tamarindo Realty, has created a YouTube channel dedicated to providing Costa Rica expats – and those considering retiring or moving to Costa Rica – with information about their frequently-asked questions.
In his channel Matt addresses everything from real estate prices to construction, health care and utilities. He also includes testimonials from expats who have already moved to Costa Rica, as a way of giving their tips and advice for relocating to this beautiful country.
Matt Rosensteele has lived and worked in Costa Rica since 2008, first coming to fulfill a two-year commitment as a United States Peace Corps Volunteer. After finishing his Peace Corps service, he returned to Costa Rica to direct an environmental non-profit organization called Restoring Our Watershed (ROW). Through his work with ROW, Matt established several Costa Rican organizations and for-profit enterprises that support a positive, broad vision of partnering sustainable economic activity with environmental protection.
He is a founding member of the Nandamojo Valley Chamber of Commerce, President of the Board of Directors of the Nandamojo Watershed Protection Association and a member of the Costa Rica Global Association of Realtors. Since 2012, Matt has helped dozens of clients purchase and sell real estate in Costa Rica. As a fully bilingual professional, his experience ranges from small eco-communities to luxury condominiums. His success in real estate is due to his uncompromising commitment to his clients’ best interests.
In 2017, he joined Coldwell Banker Tamarindo Realty – a brokerage featuring the region’s most-experienced and collaborative sales team, backed by a company with the strongest legacy in real estate.
