Playa Junquillal and Playa Negra

A short walk down a marked trail takes Tierra Pacifica residents to our magnificent local beaches of Playa Junquillal. Regular visitors and residents of Junquillal consider Playa Junquillal Costa Rica to be one of the country’s hidden gems, a relatively secluded area that has not experienced the rapid growth seen in Tamarindo and many other coastal communities. The pristine beaches offer an ideal place to unwind to the sound of the surf. Several reefs in the area provide excellent snorkeling and lobster diving. World-class sport fishing can be found just offshore.

Playa Junquillal, Costa Rica

This is the closest beach to Tierra Pacifica. Playa Junquillal Costa Rica is just a short ten minute walk down the beach trail you will find one of the most beautiful and private beaches in Costa Rica.

Playa Negra is one of the most consistent surf breaks in Costa Rica, just a short Drive from Tierra Pacifica.
