Tierra Pacifica Partners recently released designs for a fabulous new pool and outdoor recreation space at the Plaza Tierra Pacifica. Working with Tierra Pacifica developer and builder, Douglas Stern, and landscape architect Ben Morris, the team’s vision is divided into two phases. Their goal is to provide a relaxing outdoor space for existing condo residents and visitors, with the potential to add more luxury condos and enlarge the pool in the future.

The fully enclosed outdoor recreation area is the focal point of the design with its mix of natural and luxury features. The pool boasts a nature-inspired rock wall water feature with solar heated spa. Nearby is the barbecue and seating areas. Add a covered pagoda for yoga and meditation, elaborate gardens with meandering paths and it’s hard to imagine a more relaxing space.
